Long time no see guys. First I want to apologize for the lack of blog entry I made this month. University entrance tests and stuffs keep me busy these days. But obviously I'm not planning to stop blogging. I will still update my blog at least 2-3 times a month.

Okay enough for chitchat. It's been a while since my last Monthly Music Review. So because of that, this time I will make it a loooooooooooooooooong post to cover the music single I miss. So what are we waiting for? Let's rock!


My Soul, Your Beats! & Brave Song
Lia & Aoi Tada
They say save the best for the last. But I'l gotta say number one is for the winner. Yeah right, Angel Beats OP+ED is a win in my book. Nothing can top both the great songs by Lia and Aoi Tada. The OP "My Soul, Your Beats!" is like a Lia trademark song. The piano intro is awesome. Even this song can be compared with "Toki wo Kizamu Uta" in term of piano tune.
The ED is slightly slower tempo than the OP but that's natural. Aoi Tada's Brave Song is really really a relaxing song so I usually listening to it before go to sleep. Basically this single is a must listen. I give my two thumbs for this single.

Hey, it's GalDeMo! What more can I say? They already surpassed Houkago Tea Time as my favorite anime band besides DMC and ENOZ.

Second single of GalDeMo and this time they used a new vocalist. LiSA is indeed better than the first vocalist (I forgot her name) and I'm glad they will use LiSA for the rest of GalDeMo singles.

Hi there, Chipmunks Tea Time! C'mon, what's with that squeaky voice and fast paced song? This is not HTT I used to like! If there ever be a band clash-up between HTT and GDM, I'll place my bet for GDM. HTT can suck my dick. Oh I forgot to say, the second track is better than the first. I'm starting to think that Genius...!_ should be the OP instead.

Actually I rank this a much lower than Don't Say Lazy but at least it's higher than GO! GO! MANIAC. I'm lying if I say I don't enjoy the song, but it's just nothing special in the song. I wanna know what the composer of K-ON!! is smoking while he works. He's really lost his touch in making a song. Fortunately, a winking Mio is fine too.

Beberapa waktu lalu aku pernah menulis tentang light novel Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (judul yang lumayan menghabiskan stok air liur di mulut) dan berharap novel tersebut dianimasikan. Entah karena aku berdoa dengan sungguh - sungguh entah juga tidak yang jelas akhirnya doaku terkabul!.

Menurut ANN (sumber yang paling bisa dipercaya) OreImo (kusingkat saja) akan diangkat menjadi serial anime dan diproduksi oleh Aniplex (Kara no Kyoukai [badass show], Kannagi). Situs resminya sendiri sudah diluncurkan. Di situs resminya diumumkan lebih lanjut mengenai staff yang terlibat. Sutradaranya ialah Keiichiro Kawaguchi (Hayate no Gotoku, Zettai Karen Children, Nyan Koi!) sedangkan scriptwriternya Hideyuki Kurata (Kamichu!, Sasameki Koto, Read or Die). Animasinya akan dikerjakan oleh AIC (yeah AIC! belum lama ini aku menonton Sora no Otoshimono dan merasa sangat puas. Kuharap season 2 segera tiba). Seiyuu yang akan mengisi suara tokoh - tokohnya dikabarkan akan tetap sama dengan drama CD nya. Seiyuunya antara lain Ayana Taketatsu (Azunyan) sebagai Kirino, Yuiichi Nakamura (Tomoya Okazaki, Dotachin) berperan sebagai Kyousuke dan Kana Hanazawa (gak usah dijelaskan lagi) akan menjadi Kuro neko.

Pertama membaca berita ini yang jelas ekspresiku "F*CK YEAS!! AKHIRNYA DIBUAT ANIME JUGA". Sebetulnya hal ini udah bisa diprediksi. Sebab novelnya sendiri tergolong laris dan sekarang sudah mencapai 5 volume (volume 6 akan keluar 10 Mei ini). Belum lagi kepopuleran karakter Kirino yang bisa dibilang cukup kontras dengan tipe - tipe imouto yang marak di pasaran anime akhir - akhir ini. Meski belum jelas kapan akan tayang namun satu hal yang pasti aku sudah nggak sabar menunggu anime ini!

Oh ya dengan dianimasikannya OreImo bertambahlah daftar manga/light novel favoritku yang akan dijadikan anime. Sebelum ini juga ada Bakuman (tayang fall 2010), High School of the Dead (fall 2010), serta baru-baru ini The World God Only Knows (TBA). Sekarang tinggal menunggu kapan Sword Art Online, Deadman Wonderland atau Ane Doki akan dibuat jadi anime. Hahaha- aku akan menunggu saat-saat itu.

If you read this post I assume you already watch Angel Beats! but if you haven't yet then shame on you man. This show is probably TEH BEZT OF ZA SEASON -aside from Haruhiness-. What makes this show great you ask? Yurippe? Nope. Lia sung the OP? Not really. Yui Makino voicing Yusa? Almost. The real answer is GalDeMo. This is one of the best band in anime since ENOZ and DMC. Not even Houkago Tea Time close to them.
(I decided to use GalDeMo name instead of Girls Dead Monster because it is better that way I think. Girls Dead Monster sounds like the are really dead. Oh wait, they ARE all dead orz)

Okay let's see. Maybe their stage concert not as badass as Krauser-san cs nor as godly as God Knows. But what I enjoy the most is their song. Whether if it Crow Song, Alchemy or My Song, I enjoy sit back and listen to those song. They recently released mini album that -unfortunately- only consist of three songs.

01 - Crow Song
This is the song used in episode 1 when SSS Brigade tried to steal lunch coupon or something along that line. This song has a nice beat and great chorus too. Oh and the guitar solo is really something.

02 - Alchemy
This song is my favorite. The tune is catchier than those in Crow Song. This song along with My Song was used in episode 3.

03 - My Song
Not much instrumental here, just acoustic guitar. I notice the vocal is amazingly high. The song itself is nothing special, but the scene in episode 3 that was actually made this song memorable to me.

Now that Iwasawa has disappeared they probably use different vocalist in next GalDeMo single. Looks like that pink-haired loli (who's her name again? Yui? or Mio?) is gonna be the next vocalist. Well actually I prefer Yusa replace Iwasawa and become GalDeMo vocalist but it just my delusional thought.
