Oh hey, guess what? It's Guilty Crown time! So let's find out what's with the hype surrounding this anime. To tell you the truth, the first episode isn't exactly exceeding my high expectation. It was not a bad episode mind you, it's just that I expected better from it. But enough talk! Have at you! Let's find out the positive side of this anime, shall we?

The animation is gorgeous. And that's saying a lot. The plot, well, might strike some similarities with Code Geass. Dude met a hawt chick with fabulous outfit and suddenly got a mysterious power. The rollerblade mecha is there too. Oh and did I ever mention that they referred a certain Japanese district as number?

That's being said, too bad the main character of this show is no Lelouch. Instead we got a generic male lead who are afraid to do anything. BUT because he saw a beautiful girl whom he just met in a few minutes ago got bullied by Brittania military suddenly he became brave and saved the day. I hate this kind of main character, I repeat, I hate bland main character without ANY personality.

Oh well, it's just the first out of twenty-two episodes that this show has to offer so I definitely looking forward to some improvements in next several episodes. If I see no change then I won't think twice to drop this show.
I was randomly browsing around the internet when I saw this. Gainax? Medaka Box?? Haha oh wow. In other news, anime adaptation of light novel Kokoro Connect has been green-lit for production.You might never heard of this light novel series, neither do I. One fact that made me interested is that the novel's illustrator is the character designer for Lucky Star and K-ON anime. There's 50% chance that this will be animated by KyoAni but only time will tell. Last, there's another light novel to anime adaptation that I'm looking forward to: Sword Art Online. I've read the first volume of the novel around last year and it was not disappointing.

I've rewatched it several times and I can say that Touhou Gensou Mangekyou ~The Memories of Phantasm~ is probably the best Touhou animation out there, quality-wise. Not that I've seen that much Touhou anime. Oh yeah, of course this a doujin, not an official one. Because there'll never be an official Touhou anime.

Touhou Gensou Mangekyou was released in Comiket 80 last August. It actually didn't have any voice acting but there're some folks on Nico Nico Douga that recorded their voices and I have to admit they're pretty good. This anime is only around 15-minutes long and it left us wanting more. There's hint that there'll be some sort of sequel.

I just hope one of these days they'll announce an official Touhou anime project (with ufotable as the animation studio, but this is optional). It doesn't have to be a series, just make a damn movie and I'll be as happy as Suika with her sake. A man sure can dream.

Another one of my most anticipated anime this Fall is here. And it's clearly starting off with a good episode. It has the suspense, a yandere and Norio Wakamoto. God's in His throne, all's right with the world.

PS. Yukiteru reminds me of Shinji. That's kinda obvious actually.
