You know, I was kinda afraid that Nisemonogatari couldn't top last week's glorious episode anymore but boy was I wrong. Sure this week's episode didn't have the same impact as the last however it has its moment. Particularly the one with Mayoi and also Kanbaru:
Dear me, she's so cute with those twintails!

Other than that, surprisingly this episode has some plot advancement. How exciting! ...But I only care slightly about the plot or whatsoever because, who in their right minds watch porn for the plot? Definitely not me! (protip: Nise is porn disguised in anime form)

Anyway, Nisemonogatari will end in episode 11. That's 2 episodes more to go. I wonder if SHAFT will pull the same trick they did with Bake, by releasing several more episodes via webcast. Because I'm not sure if Tsukihi Phoenix arc can be finished at episode 11.

Okay, I admit I don't understand what the heck happened. But hell, BRS keeps entertain me so far, I don't see why I should not continue watching this anime.

So it is true that Saya-sensei is the villain here. Just look at those rather big hands of her. Still, what is her motive? Why is she keep abusing teenage girls? Why is she dislike coffee?

Now that she's changed, Kagari is pretty hawt. I do wonder why she can walk like nothing happened despite she was using wheelchair a few episode ago.

...there is no shadow of Yu. What's the meaning of this? Though, I can at least picture something: she isn't human! How shocking! Probably she's a ghost or some extraterrestrial being and shit. We still don't know. The only thing we know is she can transform Mato into Black Rock Shooter so she may be from the same planet as Kyubey.

Wait, I just thought a great idea.. What if they remake BRS as a mahou shoujo anime? That will be so cool. Mato will transform into BRS at night and she'll compete with other mahou shoujos to defeat monster-of-the-week! Brilliant idea! Should Ordet make a new BRS anime they ought to hire me as a writer. I will definitely save anime.

Let's keep it short: Hotarubi no Mori e is a very nice movie. It's sweet and heartwarming. If you like romance anime but tired of the usual misunderstanding cliche, try this short movie instead.

This 45-minute movie is about a relationship between human and youkai. The girl (human) met the boy (youkai) in a forest at summer. The catch is, the youkai can't be touched by human or he will disappear.

I find the story quite simple yet it is so charming. The art isn't particularly spectacular. It's down to earth, fitting with the theme of the movie. The music is relaxing, again, fitting with the atmosphere.

The manga version came from the same author who did Natsume Yuujinchou so it got the same vibe as Natsume.

Personally I like this movie quite a lot. Perhaps it's because I rarely find a good short anime movie nowadays. Hotarubi no Morie e is the kind of anime you'd recommend to anyone regardless of their age, gender or whether they like anime or not. You can watch it with your friends, lover, family or you can just watch it alone like me ;__;
